Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Fenton

This pizza place is slow, and dirty. The waitress was border line rude. Had a fly in one of the drinks, and could have been dealt with quickly, but she waited until the 1 pizza and wings were delivered, to be told. Wasn't busy at all, but we waited over 45 mins for food. Three others tables came and left while we waited.

As for the food, I have always liked their pizza, but tonight it had too many onions. Could have complained but, the point would be??? Waiting another 45 mins for pizza? No, instead, we just picked them off. Maybe it was the cook and the waitress of that time of day? But, probably best to call ahead, and be very specific about...

I normally love this local Italian restaurant. But after tonight's experience it just is unacceptable. There is one person who is taking orders, and delivering food to the customers inside restaurant. Tonight the restaurant was so packed and there was a line outside the door for people to get pickup orders. I waited for well over a half hour and she had only helped one person at the counter, needless to say I walked out without my pickup orders. I love pizza, grew up on pizza from Endicott, and can honestly say pizza is my favorite food. I wasn’t expecting exceptional pizza, just something to satisfy my craving. However, Bella’s pizza was in my opinion, excellent. The crust is thin just the way I like it. The sauce is a nice balance of acidity and sweetness.
