So the only goal to have when you read this reviews to warn people that don’t go to AT&T anywhere else, but not AT&T there is no worse company that exist in the whole 200 and over countries in the world that can be that horrible after I’ve spent so many years with Verizon I switched them for better and anything I have in three months. It’s problem after problem after problem after problem after problem after problem after problem after problem. Never ever ever ever do it again ily switch from Verizon to At&t … costly mistake . This review is to worn people before they make same mistake!!! We were promised free phones for 3 years and they should be unlocked in 60 days … not true . They are locked for 3 full years ! In my house I had no signal … they said will be better . Not really . So after 5 months we decided to go back to Verizon . Everything was great except now we have to pay 1200 dollars for some kind of promotion bla bla bla … People be aware they will only tell you part of the truth . The other part cost money and inconvenient . So I think isn’t obligation after I talked to many different departments and Menager’s to tell people about it . They told me that they can’t do anything to help ?! So very costly and emotional experience with AT&T. There is always something you don’t know until I left . Now after I paid my final bill of 3590 . I am done . This is for 3 phones and a flip phone ! Yes this is the live with them . Thanks it is over . But I have promised all of them that everyone deserve to know what they are facing here ! With that said, I stopped in the other day to possibly cancel my services after over ten years with AT&T. Not due to anything they had done wrong but because I am a General Motors employee and I get a nice discount through Verizon. Noah was the first to welcome me and was more than happy to answer my questions about cancelling services. I got the info I needed and head over to the Verizon store. Let's just say I was not impressed at all!!! Not only were they crass and condescending but they also told me that they close at 5:59 and 59 sec when I asked when they were open until. Being the the the comstomer care business myself that was the WRONG answer! So back to att I went. I was able to get my bill lowered a little bit as well as get a new iphone, case, and screen protector. Noah was once again happy to help me out with all my questions and was great to work with. I did swing back today because I was not I love with the case I bought. In steps Josh. Know I should tell you that I have had the pleasure of working with Josh in the past and he too is great at what he does. Read moreNovember 15th, 2024. I gave this place 1 star because that’s the lowest it would let me go. This place should be closed. I brought my mother in law to this store as her old phone was failing. The female associate (did not get her name) was rude from the beginning. There was only one other person waiting after us. She rushed through our transaction. We asked her to transfer over the information from the old phone to the new phone, and she lied and said we don’t do that anymore. She stated she doesn’t have time because they are too busy even though there was one person waiting. My mother in law is older and wanted to play the taxes in cash. The associate said “we don’t take cash, because it’s easier to use card”. The associate was extremely rude and honestly should not be in retail if she doesn’t want to help customers…Take the extra time and go to Oshkosh or West Bend. I’ll never step foot in that store again unless they clean house. Fast forward two weeks I took my father in law to the Oshkosh location and they were able to transfer all his information over, and took cash payment.
