I called them up and a guy answered. I told him my problems, he told me what he thought was wrong. I explained to him that it was a custom gaming computer but I didn't build it. Guy told me it would cost at least 300$ and that he wouldn't know how long it would take for it to be done because he needs to replace my whole key board and battery and that parts were hard to get. I bought a flex cable on amazon for 9.99$ and replaced it myself. You did not need to do any strenuous work that he had mentioned. Saved my money and time doing it myself.
