Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this place. Unprofessional, and rude, I drove 35 minutes to get there. Sign on door says open at 10 I’m there at 10:05 after scrambling for change for a meter. Stand there calling and no answer. Finally I try calling again at 10:20! Woman answers and says she was busy running to the bank & post office. Are you kidding me?!? I’ve run a store before and you do that BEFORE you open or after you close. Then she proceeds to tell me not to bother because she’s 2 weeks out for alterations! Oh that and I need to always make sure that my jeans that I want hemmed need to be washed first!! No kidding??? Really?? Like I’d ever set foot in that joke of an establishment!!! Stay far, far away!!! Absolutely...

Me and my sister went to this business for our bridesmaid dresses. At first we were confident they were going to look amazing and we were SO wrong. My sisters dress was so destroyed, the new tailor we went to couldn’t believe that a professional did it. She took in areas without asking and we basically had to completely start over. My dress was good until I noticed how terrible the hem was. You’d think for $160 you’d get at least an even hem. Posting this for a warning to everyone out there!!!!!!! Don’t make the mistake we did. She pushed our pick up date off until two days before the wedding and we had to SCRAMBLE to fix it....

First of all, part of wedding party alterations were forgotten until last minute. When I called 1 1/2 weeks before the wedding for my son, I was told it would be a couple days. Who ever answered was very short as if I was bothering her! Had to call again when I didn’t hear anything, again acted like I was bothering her. I was told only hemming pants was done and pants ironed. Pants were a wrinkled mess and my son was charged $35.00 for this! Sleeves on jacket were too long and should have been shortened....
