I just came from this stores location and was very appalled by the behavior of the staff. Myself, my sister and our mother, (all being african american women (employed and educated)) were followed to each part of the store we moved to, by multiple staff members on the floor and watched like a hawk by the staff member working register. From the moment we walked in to the store to the moment we left it. We were even approached and asked if we would like to leave our items at the front desk while we continued browsing, which we declined. This experience was very uncomfortable and they werent just keeping an eye on the floor, they were racially profiling us. If I were a different woman, I would have caused a scene and I quite frankly should have taken my business else where. If youre not a white middle-upper class white women dont waste your time...

Doesn't even deserve one star. I was in the car waiting for my wife and I saw her being followed around the store closely from one section to the other. My wife came out and told me that she confronted them and asked why she was being followed. The lady said that she was just putting away clothes, so my wife then walked in a big circle just to see if she was actually being followed and the lady literally followed within 10 feet of her the entire circle. Shop here is you enjoy racial profiling.

Update: Changed review.. The company CEO personally reached out to me and addressed the situation himself. Show that incidents like these aren't tolerated at the executive level. Grateful for them showing how much they care...

ZERO Stars. I cannot understand how associates continue to choose to fail. Second time at this location without a greeting, inquiry to see if I would like assistance, or info about current promotions. The audacity to not even acknowledgement my existence is beyond me. I could appreciate if it were busy or just before closing but at 5:45 on a Monday with literally no one else visibly in the store, ZERO customer service again! The riveting conversation that the two young ladies were engrossed in could be the reason for the lack. Why would I spend two bent pennies here? I did get great service at Salvation army around the corner and will definitely enjoy...
