First time going to the Appleton location. They just opened up their new building this week and it sparkles. The local beer on tap is a clever and appreciated touch!!
I came in due to having my rings stuck on, and having a MRI coming up. The awesome folks that helped us (who absolutely deserve their names remembered), had a very thorough and quite clever ladder protocol for this scenario. As a former EMT, I wish they had done an inservice for my department back in the day - waaayyy superior to our tricks. (Hey Kessler’s, if you want a community service idea/PR opportunity, you could train local EMS on your methods!)
If my finger wasn’t almost double the band size, I think they may have actually got that bugger off, which is super impressive. Cutting off my wedding set was done by a super nice and super professional/proficient jeweler (Mike?), and it was done protecting both my flesh and jewelry (and surprisingly my pride/dignity). Bravo Mike and team, bravo. I put this off over a year…and how dumb in hindsight. I just couldn’t believe what I was reading about Kessler’s warranty was correct, it seemed just too good to be true.
Do you know what I had to pay for my rings professionally removed (aka no urgent care visit) and the resizing (to bigger!) and re-plating the gold?…nothing. I was charged NOTHING. Nada. Zilch. Free! It’s not their fault the rings no longer fit, yet it’s all covered under Kessler’s flipping phenomenal warranty!!
There are almost no businesses that bend over backwards for their customers to this extent as Kessler’s does in the year of our Lord 2024 - much less for customers that straddle the middle class/poverty line. To be treated as a VIP when other retailers see (and treat) people like me as less than, unworthy of their time and attention…Yet Kessler’s always treats me like I’m just as valuable and respectable as someone that has many more zeros of purchasing power in their wallet. This hits deep, and is more powerful than I can put into words for one’s psyche.
Kessler’s has been the only company I’ve experienced where the commercials and products match reality. They have long ago earned my life-long brand loyalty, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Kessler’s for another...
Read moreI went to Kesslers to find an engagement ring/wedding set just 12 weeks before my wedding. I met with Lauren and told her what I was loving and what I wanted after exploring some other jewelers.
Lauren was AMAZING! She at no point made me feel rushed or behind, she wanted to make sure that the ring I got was 100% what I wanted. I told her that I was prepared to not receive my ring until my wedding and she scoffed at me and told me that I would absolutely have it before I got married. She spent time giving me deeper education on the diamond I chose, she made sure that I was able to ask any questions that I wanted, and she made sure to show me ideas that were outside of the box to make sure that I truly was getting what I wanted.
Every meeting that I had with Lauren was like sitting down with someone I’ve been best friends with for years. It was easy, comfortable, and personal. I would love the opportunity to work with her again.
The team at Keslers was so amazing, they were able to help me create a design of something that I absolutely loved, give me the visual rendering, get me a wax mold of my ring and then get me my amazing ring and wedding bands in six weeks. Lauren and the team at Kessler’s wanted me to be able to enjoy my engagement ring before I got married, and I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of me!
My four-year-old son came with me when I picked up my ring, and they had a juice box and chocolates for him to celebrate and even a shiny toy ring for him! The experience I’ve had a Keslers is overwhelmingly amazing, and I would never work with anybody else. (And I did see three other jewelers before I went to Kessler’s - Kesslers is absolutely everything they say they are)
I cannot thank Lauren enough for making me feel so special and helping me and my fiancée bring home something so beautiful so...
Read moreI purchased my fiancés engagement ring and my initial experience was great. Awesome customer service. Her ring arrived a couple weeks before I planned on proposing, but I didn’t go pick it up until the day before I planned on proposing because I lose everything. And to my dismay, the ring is a half size smaller than what I ordered! So I had no choice but to hope for the best and get it re sized after the fact. Luckily, it fit. But as far as I’m concerned, they nearly ruined our moment. So I would not recommend putting your trust in them like that. Before I go any further I should mention that they built a truly beautiful ring that she really loves, so we gave them a second chance and bought my wedding ring and her band which are also beautiful and high quality. My wedding ring came in the size I ordered but ended needing to be resized smaller. When I receive the ring back from them after the resizing, it quite literally looked like someone had kicked it down the sidewalk for a half mile. Scuffs, blemishes, scratches. I haven’t worn this ring for more than a second. I was pissed. When I took it back to them, they were very apologetic and offered to polish it up immediately. They assured me that it was the new goldsmith who had so epically tarnished my ring… so much for quality control… Regardless of the fact that they fixed it, I can’t help but have a bad taste in my mouth. I know it’s a minuscule amount, but I don’t take lightly the fact that you lose some gold off your ring with every polish, and I haven’t even worn it yet. If they want to get back on my recommendation list, I’m going to need my gold shavings back in the form...
