Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

I went through the drive-thru today to get ice cream for not only myself, but for three other people in my vehicle. Woman that we spoke with was incredibly rude and condescending. She refused to let me know what flavors were available and when I asked if she could help me find a flavor I might enjoy. She refused to help me. She talk down to me and made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to her. I ended up only leaving with one ice cream cone and taking the three other people in my car to another establishment. I do want to say that the woman at the drive-thru window though was incredibly polite. She clearly was not the woman that I spoke to in the drive-through as her voice was different, and I was getting mean mugged from the blonde standing behind her. I’m only leaving two stars because the brunette at the window...

This location gave us free icecream/coffee for a year coupons which required us waiting in the freezing cold for 2 hours on Halloween: every single time we try to use these coupons the workers (Crystal this go around) are extremely rude and try to demand that I can't use my coupons in the drive-thru despite having every right to do so. One coupon per customer per visit - we are separate customers with separate coupon books - honor your coupons!

The coupons do not require me to enter the store and for good reason - I have a small child and an 8 day old infant. Last time it was raining and they tried this nonsense and gave a lot of attitude (for people who serve ice cream to children they are rude and unhappy with their lives) - I will be complaining to corporate until the issue is resolved. We spent 22$ for 2 2 scoops of ice cream and then had to wait 25+ plus minutes until we went up to ask about our order and they said they didn’t see it. And then while he( glasses, brown hair, semi tall) was making our order they were out of most of the stuff we ordered and then once we got our ice cream we were missing toppings so we went back to fix it and when we asked, he got us the wrong toppings again. And then when told to re fix it a second time he talked to us while he was on his phone. And then he finally gave us the right toppings but he just put them on top of the wrong ones instead of re making it or taking the wrong ones off. Never coming back....
