I hope writing this review helps another person stop before they make a large purchase at Pottery Barn. I ordered the Pearce Sectional sofa in February of 2022. I received the sectional sofa in August at my home. The quality of the sofa was horrible. I have the exact Pottery Barn sectional sofa except for a different arm style that is approximately 10 years older. I called the Store where I placed my order and they said I had to take it up with customer service. Customer service allowed the return and they gave me a return authorization number. They scheduled a pick up for the sectional and the first attempt was a no show. I had to call the transport company and get them rescheduled for another pick up. The sectional was finally picked up. To date I still do NOT have my refund. I have called customer services countless times, the store where I purchased it, the BBB and emailed Pottery Barn with my refund request. I can’t get anyone to refund my money. Pottery Barn has had my money since February making interest off a significant chunk of money and I haven’t gotten any closer to getting the amount credited back to my card. Today 11/04/2022 I received three gift cards from Pottery Barn. What!!!!!! I’m not sure what the thought process was but now I have a new battle to fight. The last place I want to spend that amount of money at this point is Pottery Barn or any of the affiliated businesses. Please think twice before ordering any larger purchases from any of these...

The logistics and intracommunication in regards to shipping and delivery has been abysmal. Zero proper follow through from sales rep to the shipping department. I’ve spent 7-8 hours on the phone myself, and our furniture is still in the wrong state and is going to miss our absolute deadline for our furniture needs. They radioed for help and told me it might take a while so I walked out and returned later.
