Express — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

Today, my husband and I went into this Express store looking for a formal but classy looking suit. Unfortunately, the jacket size was not available in the store, so we asked the associate if he could order the correct size online for us. After we did not receive a confirmation email validating the order, we returned to the store to see if the sales associate could produce one for us. The male associate that placed the order called customer service to try and get the order number and a receipt printed. After he was unsure how to do this, he asked for his managers help. This woman was extremely rude to her employee and us as well. Her response was, “well I don’t know what to do. Went to Express in Appleton recently to bring back a pair of pants. One person was working the counter and a few others were organizing clothes. The man behind the counter never said hello to me or even looked at me for 10 + minutes. He was helping a woman that clearly was an off-the/clock employee there because he handed her the keyboard to fix something. And they were chatting about work. I could have been invisible. The other workers never offered to help and just kept on organizing clothes. Premium brands need to teach how to deliver at least basic customer service. Was at Express in Appleton this week and experienced terrible customer service and absolutely filthy fitting rooms. The store associate never acknowledged me upon entry, even though we were next to each other. I asked for a fitting room and she still never spoke, I even thanked her for opening the fitting room and she said nothing. The fitting room had clothes all over it and the floor was covered in tags, size stickers, tissue paper, and plastic wrap and was dirty. I kicked garbage around to find a spot to remove my shoes to try on pants. It was so gross, I came home and put my socks that touched the floor there, in the laundry! Definitely not the Express store...
