Bubblelicious Bubble Tea Appleton Location — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

This was my first time trying this place out. I came in Monday 07/08/24 around 12:00. My little siblings wanted to try somewhere with boba and since I’m from out of town this was the first place that we could find. No one greeted us when we walked up, they just stared and did not have pleasant faces. I disregarded it and continued to order because I was doing this for my two siblings. I ordered a strawberry milkshake with boba and I put in the special instructions that if they could split it into two cups that would be great. I did this because the amount of the drink is just too much for their age and I wanted them to just simply split it. Of course if this was a problem I would have had them just share a drink, but there seemed to be no issue until one of the employees called my number. She very rudely stated that “people like me” always try to waste product and that they can’t just split a drink into two cups. Obviously if this was an issue like I said, they could’ve put it in one cup. But just the fact that the employee had no regard that I was splitting it between two little boys and the remark she said about “people like us” was completely off putting. We are African American and hearing something like that is quite derogatory. The lady did not let me get one word in to explain anything and then ignored me. To say I was in shock was an understatement. This is not the type of behavior that I would want around my siblings and the remarks were uncalled for. While out with my friends in Appleton at the mall doing errands my friend said we HAD to stop and get a “bubble tea”! I didn’t know what she was saying and prayed it wasn’t as bad as the time I HAD to eat this one type Sushi which was an epic fail!

When we got there there was a line but gave me time to look. The girls I was with were pros in ordering they had been there before & Milwaukee’s. They gave me some suggestions and finally made a choice I felt good with! I have to tell you it was AMAZING DELICIOUS!!

Everyone’s drink was on point! It was clean looking the staff was VERY nice with me for my first time! To be honest I wouldn't of tried it if my friends hadn’t suggested it! They said they are opening in Green Bay soon can’t wait to go to that one and bring my GB...

i usually like coming to this place but every time i come back, hoping that it’ll taste better, i always get disappointed. i didn’t like how they got rid of their wrapped straws, it made me kind of uncomfortable that the workers weren’t wearing gloves and touching the straw i was about to put my mouth on. i usually don’t mind the wait and price either, but if you’re going to make me wait over twenty minutes and pay almost ten dollars for one drink, at least make my boba good. my strawberry boba shake had barely any boba and the boba was very small. my shake was also very watered down, it tasted like nothing. i’m disappointed and i don’t think i’ll be...
