I visited Banter this past Sunday and had a great experience with Courtney who did my helix piercing!

Courtney is professional and an absolute sweetheart. She put me at ease from the moment I walked in. The needle piercing was remarkably quick and surprisingly painless.

Following Courtney's aftercare instructions to the letter has paid off. Despite it being just a few days since the piercing, I've had no issues. A bit of itchiness and some discomfort when sleeping on my right side are minor inconveniences that I know will pass quickly enough.

The mother of pearl helix ring is so cute! It adds a touch of elegance and uniqueness to the piercing. I absolutely love it!

Courtney's proficiency has already convinced me to contemplate a daith piercing, and there's no doubt that I'll be returning to her for it. Her skill, coupled with her warm demeanor, makes for a very comfortable experience.

First of all I had no idea that Banter is able to do professional piercings now! Then we come across Courtney at the Greece Ridge Mall kiosk and she is absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgable and explained each and every step along the way through the process. She is very personable and so funny! I got a Monroe piercing and my wife got her Septum and we have no complaints and healing well. The prices were amazing compared to a Tattoo shop and still very professional! Banter needs to figure out how to fix their process of processing a warranty claim because it's a disaster and nobody from corporate or in the stores knows what the other one's supposed to do. However, after going to the store five times and talking to someone on the phone five times I finally met Ebony at the store.
