Hot Pot 585 & BBQ — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Ok. They are brand new so I'm leaving room for improvement. We as a family have experienced Korean bbq at multiple locals. Cons first. Chaotic. Lot of people moving around as they have a buffet style as well but thats also a pro for later. Only other con....portions. we like smaller portions as 2/3 of us have had surgeries that limit our food intake which we explained. For that reason we ask for smaller portions of the food we order cause 1 portion of bulgolgi could fill us up and we loke to try as much as possible. I.e. if an order of shrimp is 8. We ask for 5. Almost always we have been accommodated. Yes. It is a we problem but the help definitely doesn't go unnoticed. That really was it for the cons. Pros. ALOT! Buffet is amazing. Soooooo many options. Great meat and seafood options galore. Tons of sauces. Servers are ontop of clearing plates. Didn't seem overly watchful on any uneaten food to charge extra(we have seen a few that are not) ordered food came quick. Buffet was stocked quickly. Food was great. Marinated especially. Short ribs were the best I've had yet. We only did the Korean BBQ tonight but are definitely coming back for the Hotpot part another time. I feel with alitle time and tweaks they will be 5 star...

I don’t ever write reviews but my experience here was absolutely so bad and I’ve been to other hotpots but the food quality is so poor , the place is beautiful aesthetically but the management is so poor, i was waiting and they cleaned the table behind me with some harsh chemicals that’s smelled so bad that it made me literally gag , i ended up having to to throw up , i already didn’t like the fact that the food was so bad , the already cooked food wasn’t warm at all, aside from that it took awhile for them to get every sorted out aswell , I definitely will not be coming back here again. We asked the for the manager and the only person that apologized for was the waitress which I at least...

I was let down by the food and service. The vegetables tasted old, and the broth was bland. The meat didn’t look fresh either, and the whole place had a messy, sticky feeling. It was also dark and loud.

5+ Servers in the store and didn’t help. Waited for over 30mins for a refill on a day they weren’t busy? The servers didn’t seem sure of what to do, and the constant stares felt more awkward than attentive. A couple of people in the front had some attitude which made it felt unwelcoming.

The menu offered the usual choices, but nothing stood out. Given how the meal cost and the whole atmosphere felt, I won’t be coming back.
