Dubai Jewelry — Local services in Town of Greece

A person I thought was a friend order a diamond frame charm with a picture in and necklace and somehow it ended up in my name, but I never made a order nor picked out any jewelry from Dubai Jewelry. The person that order the jewelry Margaret Russell use my information and got me paying for jewelry I never to procession of. When I went to get the information on the person that placed order or a description of the jewelry, I was told they don't have or keep that information once the jewelry is complete. So I'm left paying for jewelry I never ordered or wanted. The person paid the money that was taking out my account a few months, then stop paying the money back to me. So the description I have is 10k necklace and charm.... that could me any type of necklace & charm they sell...

Unfortunately I have been at this jewelry store a couple of times, and each one was a bad experience, the first time I was looking for a solid Miami Cuban bracelet for around $2k, the lady is very condescending and is not taking me seriously, shows me a 33 gram 10k solid Cuban link and they were asking something like $2600 which was ridiculous for $800 worth of gold, I ended up going online and getting a 56 gram 10mm solid Cuban for 1900, the other few times I was in there I promptly left after looking at a few pieces and being told the price, sales people are rude and very pushy, but if you wanna buy something they will act like...

A little less than a month ago, I left a not so good review, and today I have to say that they really blew me away, they showed me that they have compassion and handled a situation that my son fell victim to which resulted in them taking a loss.
