Staff is all friendly and very helpful without being bothersome. Great Old Navy store!

Update: Visited last week during the day, I was very disappointed that there are no carts, but instead a bag to put your items in while you shop. I currently, temporarily, fall into the handicapped category, having to walk with a cane because of a recent knee replacement surgery. I inquired at the checkout if there was one available, stating that it is very difficult to walk with a cane, carry a bag and shop at the same time. She apologized, I hobbled away, found a few things, threw them over my shoulder and headed to the dressing room. At no point during this process did any of the employees I came into contact with offer any help. One did ask me if I wanted to open up a charge card to enjoy an extra discount on my purchases, I replied that I already have one, as she walked away from me, a human clothes hanger, I said, can you please take these items to the front for me . . THIS IS NOT A HANDICAP FRIENDLY STORE, shame on the employees here who overlooked an obvious issue, multiple times! I am very dissatisfied and feel bad for any permanently handicapped customers that might want...

By cashier was very young and had just started and seemed nervous and I wanted him to engage and talk to me and learn about him and make it more a conversation while I know he has a script to set to but I think it's important to see these young people out at these customer service care jobs post covid and they are some of the hardest jobs to work and they don't get enough credit or pay so I always like to have a conversation and let them know I appreciate what they are doing and commend them for being out in the world making it a better capitalistic American System and that he or she...

Maria, the assistant manager, did an amazing job with assisting my husband and I with our online pick up and exchange for new items. She was friendly, attentive to our needs, and professional.
