This morning I called and made sure they still did the bra fittings with help from staff to find that perfect fit bra. I also asked if they still sold bras and of course they did. Susan answered and said why yes we do, pleasant on the phone but not so much in person. Drove 50 minutes to get there. At first she helped but did tell me they didn't have "my size" in stock after she "sized" me, because of a sale 2 weeks ago. I still asked to at least try some on to get a feel for the cup and band size. And who knows maybe a bra because why not im already there. She did not follow the band size at all kept getting way bigger than what i needed or way smaller. She did help for the first 15 minutes but stopped while I was still trying on bras. I came out of the dressing room and found her with another customer selling her shirts. After being told by her multiple times she could order some, with me telling her I can't/wont order a bra that won't fit me I'm not comfortable with that. I need a sports bra or some support because the ones I'm wearing are killing my back. She just gave up helping with no word no communication at all that she was done "helping" me. In past experiences I have been helped beyond and above my expectations and have always left with at least 1 - 4 bras in hand. She lacks the correct skills for someone like me who requires a little extra help in finding the right bra. I did bring her into the dressing room multiple times to show her what they looked like but honestly it seemed like all she wanted was a sale and not to really help the situation. I ended up leaving with nothing but a sore back and a bad taste from the experience. I don't recommend going to this location if this is the only person that is there to "help". There was another employee there but she seemed to not want anything to do with customers or the store in general. I'm very sad to say this because as I said I go to this store for bras specifically and usually spend a large amount of money on my bras each time. They literally have the only size bras that will fit me, because the other stores I've went to only go up to a certain cup size, which, doesn't help when I have a larger size bosom. I kept asking ladies(who have full bosoms of course)where did they get their bras from, and they all said "Layne & Bryant" This company has been around for a very long time, and what I really love is that they've stayed current fashion-wise thru the years!
