WOW! I cannot believe I didn’t try this place sooner. I had a few special requests and usually all delivery orders that my family places arrive incorrect, this was not the case this time. I ordered delivery on the “slice” app and left comments to have the pizza well done and the wings XXXXXX Crispy. As well as to add 5 extra blue cheeses which were not a selection on the menu and had to leave that in the comments. My pizza, wings and add-on’s came and it is great to say I was blown away from this relatively new pizza shop. Now, when I open the chicken wings they looked really dry like ZERO sauce on them (because their wasn’t) even though I ordered them with sauce. I called Purple Monster and expressed my concern and was told the following. We do not sauce the wings because or the way we package them (makes sense) and your sauce should be in the bottom of the bag with the extra blue cheeses. and low an behold it was I didn’t look to good for the sauce (guy problems).Now here’s the best part of them not putting the sauce on the wings and letting you do it yourself. We have all ordered chicken wings and have had them arrive to find them soggy and undercooked (not crispy). With Purple Monster this will not be a problem cause the wing sauce comes in a separate container and you can make them as dry or as saucy as you want. I am overly impressed with this place and really hope they will be around for a long time to come. WELL...

I have cialiac decease & it is very difficult too find a ok pizza in town. Tonight I found the best gluten free pizza I have ever tasted. And I got a 16 inch pizza half Hawaiian & half supreme under 20 dollars. I talked too the owners & they were very nice & answer all my questions about safety. They even listened too my suggestions & it is good too know next time I go there I will be able too enjoy some newer items on the menu they will be trying too introduce too there menu that is gf. They make there dough home made so they can make any size including a sheet pizza. When I took that first bite I literally swore out loud how good the pizza was the crust tasted like it was a golden biscuit & the pizza was made too perfection. This was hands down the best pizza I have ever had. So thank you thank you for treating cialiacs like we are human beings with a decease not a annoying customer you have too change your gloves for. I can't wait too go there again & get there breakfast pizza that is on the menu now. A golden biscuit breakfast pizza that doesn't taste like cardboard yum. I'm even gonna order a sheet pizza & see if my friends can tell if it is gf. I can't imagine how good there regular pizza is if there gf pizza...

Excellent pizza. I'm a visitor to New York so I've been eager to see what kind of pizza they have to offer and this place is wonderful. I ordered a monster sized, square pepperoni pizza. The crust is the best part and the #1 thing I look for in a great pizza. It's a perfect combination of soft dough and oven baked crispness. It didn't become soggy with the thick layer of cheese and high quality pepperoni. I will definitely buy pizza here again. The ONLY thing I would change, and this is coming from someone from the deep south, is that I would add some seasoning to the pizza, which is exactly what I did at home. The service was wonderful.
