Sure, here’s a rewritten version of your message that keeps the tone firm while making it clearer and more structured:
My children (ages 4, 8, and 12) and I were invited to a party at your facility on 4/12/25, and I have to say from the start—it was chaotic and extremely disappointing. Waiver Process: The waivers were not available online to fill out ahead of time. When we arrived and completed them in person, the front desk staff couldn’t locate them, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. Staffing Issues: There appeared to be only five staff members on duty, and they were rarely visible or available to assist. Safety Concerns: There was no age separation in the play areas. Toddlers were jumping alongside teenagers, which created a highly unsafe environment. At one point, older kids were running around younger children and babies. While some parents were nearby, it still felt chaotic and poorly supervised. Unacceptable Behavior from Staff: The most disturbing part of the visit was the behavior of the front desk employee toward my 12-year-old. After the lights were suddenly turned off (without any prior warning to us that this would happen), my son panicked and ran to find his 4-year-old sibling. The front desk employee approached him and said, “Boy, if you run again, I’ll call the cops on you.” Before I could step in, another gentleman addressed the employee and told him that his tone and words were completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a parent of African American children, I found that statement especially disturbing. In today’s world, for a white man to threaten a young Black child in that manner is completely inappropriate and, frankly, alarming. There is no excuse for speaking to a child that way—especially when the child was acting out of concern for their sibling’s safety.
This experience left me feeling angry and deeply uncomfortable. I will never bring my children back to this facility. Between the lack of staffing, the safety hazards, and the disturbing level of disrespect shown to my child, it’s clear that this is not a place I can trust with my kids’ well-being. You may have signed waivers, but when staff is nearly nonexistent, injuries are just waiting to happen. I love my children and will not put them in...
Read moreCool and has it's own way of standing out from the other trampoline park. But the most important thing that I feel is such an important MUST, is the lighting in the back its to dark especially for the little ones. Ive seen some curious activity between children, staff & children & it was in the darkest parts of the facility. More so in the right hand side by the jungle gym & the ball pool pit. I had to step in to find a 1yr old parents because she was getting bribed over & over (atleast 10 times) by a older women staff to come w/ her to get a snack from where i dnt know. She didn't look for a parent older sibling or nothing. At 1st she was in a dark corner alone w/ the child, after i walked in that netted jumping area connected to the pit, she then asked her to help clean the balls off the floor w/ her to put in a bucket and she did for a while, but she still then proceeded to ask to come w/ her to get a snack. It jst didnt feel right so i stayed close & kept conversation w/ the woman & it seemed to bother her some but this is a baby whoes not answering her back at all. So Until theirs more lighting i suggest you keep a close eye on your children in those low to no lighted areas because theirs weirdoes & predators everywhere better...
Read moreExtremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Experience
I was really disappointed with my visit to Get Air Trampoline Park. The staff and managers were incredibly unprofessional — they seemed disorganized, uninterested, and unwilling to address any concerns. The park itself felt chaotic and unsafe. The ceilings were literally dripping water in multiple areas, which is a huge hazard in a place where people are supposed to be jumping. On top of that, the park was clearly over capacity, making it impossible to move around safely or enjoy any of the activities.
It honestly felt like the staff didn’t care about maintaining basic safety standards or providing a good experience for guests. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially families with kids. Until management takes safety and professionalism seriously, I won’t be coming back. Sam the “manager” was so rude and unprofessional . Absolutely I should be ashamed of herself and the way she conducts business as if she had an eighth grade education, her vocabulary her demeanor from start to finish was just unacceptable...
