BUYER BEWARE: John Bannayan sold my fiance and I a fake engagement ring with a Cubic Zirconia center stone. When the ring was delivered we obtained 2 separate appraisals that disproved the fraudulent Burke & Bannayan appraisal that was included with the ring. We contacted John regarding our findings, and he has never responded to us! We have filed complaints with the Attorney General in Rochester and the Better Business Bureau and still have not received a response!
