This man was my lifesaver!! My son broke his iPad screen, and we didn’t have insurance on the device. I brought the device to a repair shop that was supposed to be reputable, but they were going to charge double the price and I wouldn’t get it back for over a month(and they were rude)!! I called I Repair Xpert and he told me it would be half the price of the original place. I went right over, and he immediately fixed my device. He handled my device with care and it was fixed in under an hour!! I couldn’t believe it, and on top of that he was extremely kind and polite. I will definitely be a loyal customer going forward!!

Well this is what I get for trying to advocate for a company…. Now my other son broke his screen, 3 weeks later, so I think “wow, I have the perfect place to go.” I did go and they did replace the screen and it looks good, BUTTTT APPARENTLY they decide to just make up prices as they go alongg. I have given this company several weeks to contact me back about my Pixel7 Pro that their employee caused more damage and my phone to be unworkable. They stated $130 to replace my cracked screen, then $180 because of labor. When I came back to pick my phone up he then quoted $299. I kindly told him no thank you at this point. The screen was now crushed and the phone was unusable (it would not turn on), he was unable to find where he put the metal bracket for the screen connector from the inside so now I was also missing parts. He would not fix it until I paid him. Mall Security got involved and witnessed him admitting that he indeed broke my phone. Apparently this has happened many times. Brought my phone to this guy and he was amazing from the start, I have an oddball phone you don't see often and they had the parts in stock witch blew my mind. Then he knocked it out of the park having it done in record time. He hooked me up with a phone case and screen protector for cheap as well. Broken glass twice and this was my best experience so far with cell repairs. Highly recommend...
