Great Steakout — Restaurant in Town of Greece

So visited New York for first time ever. Decided to order this place with my amazing friend. Which she had never been there before so didn't really have a opinion of them. So we decided to try. Delivery was quite fast which was great of course thanks to Doordash. Now for the downhill spiral effect. Upon opening we both had noticed just an absolute mess glob of grease covering the bun. Looking as if the cook slapped our rolls with the grease covered spatula and smashed them down. Opening the roll we noticed the meat was completely burnt. Could not tell what each of the toppings exactly was due to how badly burned. The mushrooms and peppers were so small and burnt as well it all blended in. The tomatoes used not sure what the deal was with them but they were actually very pale and far from fresh looking. Not sure what happened this day if someone came into work and didn't give a s@@@. But what they had packaged and sent out was a absolute mess of disgrace. Must not had any management there because I can't see them sending anything out looking like that. I usually give a place a 2nd chance but this place does not deserve one. Better look somewhere else for a Philly not worth the value...

I called ahead and ordered two sandwiches and had a friendly conversation. I mentioned that I would be using a coupon and that may be the reason for the poor food quality mentioned below. The GYRO was filled with crunchy meat (cooked too long) and a section in the middle of the pita was dried out and crispy. The CHEESESTEAK was on a bun that was smaller than a typical full size cheesesteak, but perhaps a little wider. However, there was so little meat in the sandwich that it was to the point of embarrassment how thinly it was laid out. I asked for lettuce and tomato, and those items were quite sparsely spread out through the bun as well. The ingredients seemed to be decent quality though -- an improvement...

I spent over 50 dollars and I wasn’t upset with the price I was upset with the quality of food that I recieved I ordered there house chicken salad with added extra chicken and all I recieved was salad cheese and extra croutons and tomato and cucumber with one salad dressing when I paid for extra as well. I also ordered a large Philly steak with mayo and boss sauce and I only received meat and cheese and a bun and to top it off the loaded bacon fries I ordered only had a half of slice of bacon on there. I called several times to try to reach someone and when I did reach someone to ask to talk to the manager they hung up I called several times after that with...
