Save A Lot — Local services in Town of Hamburg

Yesterday, an obviously mentally challenged man wanted to purchase groceries using some sort of card. The cashier patiently helped him as he struggled with a card that apparently had no balance. He looked so sad and confused and held up just a few singles saying, this is all I have, what am I to do now? The young cashier asked another clerk to get her wallet and paid the customer’s balance. Since the line had become long, I was moved to another register, and I gave that cashier $5 to be given to young cashier. As I was leaving the store another clerk, who overheard thanked me for my contribution, said that particular clerk is very kind and generous and had done that before. Afterwards, I returned to the store and gave the clerk a floral bouquet for her generosity and restoring my faith and confidence in mankind. Your store is blessed to employ this sweet, patient, kind and generous cashier who truly deserves special recognition. Save A Lot management and staff, you are all lucky indeed. Terrible. The workers are very rude and very incompetent. One time I tried exchange something that had got broken when I left the store and they said because I left the store they couldn't do anything about it so I had to get a hold of the manager and all they did was give me the money in exchange but it was a big Valentine's Day card with a chocolate heart in it and I wanted the same thing for my girlfriend so the money to me was kind of useless. The next day was Valentine's Day and the cards were gone. I've had other bad experiences there too. A lot of their merchandise is not marked correctly and just recently I got a super refund because something was marked incorrectly on the shelves. Like I said before most of the workers are very rude, incompetent and you can tell they hate their job. The one manager he is very nice the other one she is not so nice. I could say there's maybe one cashier there that is friendly and that's it and I try to go to her when I go there which I try not to go...

I don't know what's going on but there are two young white male cashiers that have treated me poorly, and very disrespectful. If they're playing games with the customers, please someone do something about this. They don't greet, they completely ignored me. Not one word from them. I said hello at the beggining and thank you at the end, not a word back from them or eye contact, I got back just a weird, disrespectful, attitude. They just treated me like garbage.
