First I had the employee tell me that it was two dollars and 40 something cents to laminate the piece that I had. Then when I had to pay for it ahead of time because it was sort of big and sign a release because it might not go well?. Not there fault if it goes poorly. Understandable I guess. Then he says that it cost $7.60 or something like that.. so I found out that that’s per square foot and I guess it was an awkward size so they charge two dollar and 40 cents (something close to that) times 3. Then I decide to do eleven more and pay almost $86 ahead of time. Dimitri takes my phone number so I’m waiting for a phone call and never get it. So decide go back in to check if they’re done? So now there’s another employee there and he puts a big pile of laminated work done all coiled up in one big piece! (sort of like ribbon candy). None of it cut! I stood there for a while waiting for him to come back and cut it but he never did. He says that they don’t cut it! It must’ve been something nice like a courtesy thing that the first employee did? He said he wouldn’t cut it and he said they don’t cut it. So I’m left with us gargantuan mess and I spent just under $86! That’s bad business!!! Not even amused a little bit! So here I am online doing a review Because now it’s gonna take me a long time coming up with something creative to get this done when it could’ve been done in a few minutes at the store! Unhappy customer…. I Guess I have no choice but to figure out how to fix it. Other than that thanks for...
Read moreBeen coming here since they opened for printing, files off of a flash drive. Went in there today, had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to get to the print booth, no problem, I know things can get busy, when he finally came up he told me to do them myself on self-printing, but I told him they've never been able to do that before due to the size of the paper and file type but I said okay. The machine would not read my flash drive, which he bluntly stated I must have copied the files wrong. I then asked him if he could check the files on his computer behind the counter, which he did, and the files were there and fine. Since he had the files up on the screen, and there was only two of them, I asked if he could print them off to which he rudely responded "no I'm busy" and handed me my flash drive back. To be clear I was the only one there, nobody else but me standing there by the print counter. After leaving I was kind of upset after driving 30 minutes to get there so I called the store and asked for the manager, and he was also very short with me, rude actually.
After the way I was so rudely treated, I will never step foot in that building again and went to another printing place, and for the record I was in and out in 2 minutes with my copies and a polite thank you. You would think at least a manager would have some people skills, shame on...
Read moreHave been in this store multiple times, the sales staff is friendly and helpful and a couple of the managers are always that way too, pretty sure the one guys name was mike or mark. The one name I do remember for sure is their store manager Ken. I saw this guy being rude to his employees outwardly during the day making inconsiderate comments and then laughing it off like some sort of joke. His attitude is abrasive and terrible, Im not sure how anyone would want to work there. It sure makes me not want to shop there. Its a shame that a lot of faces I used to see in there are gone. Wonder if he had anything to do with it. like there used to be this big guy cashing people out all the time, name might have been jason, jared.. never really bothered to remember, but he was always quick and courteous with his checkout procedure, always had a smile and made me feel like I could come in for anything for any reason. Yeah, that Ken guy needs to do better. such a letdown to see a manager pick on his...
