Carnival Parties — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I hired carnival parties for my twins 6th birthday party and it was the worst decision ever! I spent over $2700 with them and the staff rushed my entire event. I rented 2 bounce houses, one inflatable game, mags show, cotton candy, sand art, balloons, and face paint. They didn’t allow the kids to get on the 2 bounce houses I rented until 3:30 and I had to tell them to let the kids play in the bounce houses. My party started 3pm but they didn’t want the kids on the bounces houses until after the magic show which started at 3:50pm. My 6 year old daughter came to me crying because they wouldn’t give her any cotton candy even though I paid for it in my package. I had to actually go over to the staff to tell them to give out the cotton candy to my guest. The staff could not wait to pack up and leave. My party started 3pm and the magic show was at 3:50 so that only gave my guest one hour to play in the bounce houses. I spend $499 per bounce only to use them for a hour. The staff started packing up at 5:30. They began to start packing up their things and kicking the kids off of the bounce house right in the middle of the party. I’ve rented bounce houses from other companies and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Usually, the previous bounce house company that I’ve used in the past will pick up the bounce house the next day. Carnival parties started packing up everything in the middle of my party while my guest were still there and kids still playing in the bounce house. The staff was also not very friendly and never introduced themselves to me. I didn’t even get their names. I called James the owner and told him the staff was packing up in the middle of my party and he didn’t care. Just horrible! The staff just wanted to go home and they rushed everything. It was such a horrible experience I would never use them again and I would NOT recommend...

We celebrated my son's 1st Birthday this past weekend and WOW! We were just as wowed as our guests. Everyone was speechless as they walked through our yard which had been transformed into the ultimate kiddie carnival. The ferris wheel, carousel and bounce house was the start of the fun. Our guests had photo ops with Zabo the stilt walker/juggler then made their way to the concession stand. Popcorn, snowcones, cotton candy, hot dogs, zeppoles and fried oreos galore. Everyone enjoyed the face painting and balloon twisting. The games and concessions were setup under a big red/white tent. Fun was had by all and we couldn't have been any happier with James and his team. From the very beginning when we first reached out to book a party and all the way up to the breakdown it was a pleasant experience. He even supplied all the table/chair rentals which. One stop shop, he has it all. His team was friendly, professional and made it that much easier for our guests to enjoy. It was definitely the greatest 1st Birthday ever and we can't thank James enough for making this day so memorable for all of us. Can't wait to plan...

We booked Carnival Parties for my son’s first birthday and they were amazing! The kids had a blast playing carnival games, jumping in the bounce house, and eating cotton candy & popcorn. We also got a face painter and a magician through them and they were a hit. The adults had fun taking pictures in the carnival tent photo booth.
