My journey at dimensions fitness started through meeting the Yvonne who is my personal trainer. I was looking for someone who could work with my mom who had broken both of her ankles over a 3-year period. With the fear my mom has this is not a easy case Yvonne after giving her the details said I want this case. Over the past 7 Months she has been working with my mom to build the confidence and understand the dynamics of the movements that are going to allow her in the future to regain the independence of walking. Yvonne earned the trust of someone in my mom that would not allow me to leave the room during the session. Her knowledge and caring are amazing. We are confident on trying to meet my moms goals but it is a journey would not have anyone else work with us. Also the caring of the owner Andrew is amazing also he supports his team and members to meet there goals also. PS my mom is 74 years old and not giving up :) and working 3 days a week with Yvonne to get to the dream. much love

My Dad Started training with Yvonne about the same time he is 77 years old. Slowing she has been building his body and confidence. The laugh together and are meeting goals i don't think anyone ever expected. He wakes up on Sunday looking forward to what she is going to throw at him next.

Now to me mine is a weird one I thought is was in decent shape (learned different through DT) As my family story says above i was sitting in this place DT watching Yvonne work with my family. I have done martial arts and been part of Kickboxing academies. Also everyone thinks when they go to the gym your in shape and are doing a good and balanced workout. I learned i was totally wrong and training wrong from the DT Team. I started doing a 1 hour a week with Yvonne back in August. after the first day i learned this was going to be a journey and soreness will be my life. I continued learning with Yvonne then decided and thought do i take it to the next level I have to be here 3 days a week for my parents and take on the DT challenge. I know each week i will get my Form Reform from Yvonne in the 1 hour. Then i started taking the DT Classes since i am a night bird here at DT I got to learn the Lexi experience. When you get to work with Lexi in classes if your foot is 2.5 millimeters our of place some how she see's it. As with the culture of DT they will push you to succeed. Even down to Music history and getting the artist wrong (Lexi you know i had to put this in the review). So 2-3 Days a week with Lexy + Yvonne and the addition of Matt in the 101 class which is all body weight has taught me the human body has exponential potential even for this IT guy. One last shout out to Adrina with the Jams and Rebound class she instills confidence and fun even when in your head your thinking can i actually not fall of this personal trampoline.

Don't be afraid that you can't do it at DT many who walk in may think that after their first class the hardest thing is getting on the mat. The team will take care of you. Much respect to the DT family we learn grow laugh and keep a smile to keep growing

update 9/08/2024:

Been at DT for a year now Lexi, Yvonne and Matt are amazing but they added Jill B in the past 6 months adding another dimention. She adds another new style which makes the program even more amazing.

key things DT has taught me at the year one mark i want to share is as follows.

you always learn and evolve with the staff at DT. they will make you better in many ways.

also the quality of people that you work out with. there are some people who can just motivate by just being next to you. i hope to also be like this.

it is a committment you follow though in the program the results will come over time.

it is for all levels follow the instructors they will guide you. it wont be easy but will better you.

Another update! As the months march on, the DT team continues to deliver. Today is focused on the incredible LEXI! It is a privilege to train with Lexi. She has an amazing ability to cover the entire body with fun and innovative moves. The hour flies by 😊 Lexi is focused on form and is always correcting our positioning to ensure we maximize our training. Another testament to her skill set, Lexi and Julian trained my son’s soccer team in speed and agility during the off season. Most adults don’t know correct form but now my 10 year old can show me how to correctly execute movements. The boys had an absolute blast and loved their time at DT each week. It’s no small feat keeping a big group of ten year olds engaged, training and having fun- Lexi and Julian delivered!

Andrew is a training expert. He has an exceptional ability to make a tiny adjustment of your form contributing to incredible impact on the value of the movement. His understanding of the science of the body is remarkable and drives every exercise and form adjustment. He drives a very tough class but with a lot of personality. He pours his passion into DTS and has created a wonderful community where members see results. I feel grateful to have the opportunity to train here.

Liz is the backbone of DTS. As a manager, she is accessible, efficient and personally invested in the success of DTS clients. As a movement specialist, she is incredibly skilled and has an excellent ability to craft an intense, thoughtful and targeted routine. There’s a level of personal attention and community that sets DTS apart.

Lexy is full of energy and designs exceptional classes. They feature exceptional variety and I always feel the class flies by. She is very interactive during her classes, constantly hands on to correct and improve technique.

Yvonne is an invaluable member of the DT community. She has an incredibly compassionate demeanor but she couples it with an intense class. Her passion for fitness and her clients is obvious. It has been eleven months since I walked in the doors of Dimensional Training Studio (DTS). I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. However, I knew after attending my first class SABSA (Save A Booty Save America) with “Diva Drinna” this was the place for me. Although, I already had a membership at a popular gym, they did not offer me what I now receive at Dimensional.

I reached a milestone age right before I started attending Dimensional so my mindset changed and yes, so did my body! I decided I wanted to attend a gym that welcomed me at my current fitness level. I also needed an environment that motivated me as well as supported me. Finally, I needed an atmosphere that encouraged me on my journey to get fit in my mind, body and spirit.

Andrew the leader and the visionary of Dimensional is a fitness guru. He is a fitness specialist par excellent! He has been around a while and is very knowledgeable about the aspects of fitness. I affectionately call him Dr. Drew. He knows the science behind every fitness move. Dr. Drew and his team have created a warm, friendly, supportive, inviting and challenging atmosphere. They have all met me at my fitness level. Here at Dimensional, I truly believe this phenomenal team cares about their clients and their goal is to help you become your best self.

The exercises are challenging, yes! But, aren’t you worth it? Your body will thank you. Not only will you feel good, but you will look good!

So, do what I did. Come and give Dimensional Training Studio a try. All it takes is $25 and for 7 days you will have access to an unlimited amount of classes. You can come and workout as many times as your schedule allows you to and I guarantee you will not be same!
