Thought Online Pricing Would Be Lower I got impatient waiting on my order and went in to a local vape store to purchase some eJuice to tide me over until my order arrived in the mail. I was shocked to find that the store sold me a bottle of the same size and nicotine level for only a $2.44 more than I bought it online from eJuiceDB Vape Store. My online order included 3 bottles of the same size/nic level and I had to pay the standard lowest price for shipping which is $6.99. So the math comes to $2.33 a bottle, meaning I saved a little over a dime for the privilege of waiting 4 days for my eJuice.

However, the best part of the story is this: I received an email from the vendor the day after I placed my order with the subject line stating: "A shipment from order #DB155479 is on the way". At the bottom of the email was a big navy blue box with white text that stated "Get Free Shipping On All Orders Over $50". Since my order subtotal (minus taxes and fees came to $48.87, I wrote eJuiceDB Support and told them it would have been nice if they had a notification system that would have flagged my order as the subtotal met a threshold close to getting the free shipping since I was scant only 13 cents. I received this reply:

"Hi Stacy,

Thank you for reaching out! We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, we are having our marketing team updating this. Unfortunately, we no longer offer free shipping on orders above $50."

I replied back sending them the same email I sent them the first time pointing to the big navy blue box at the bottom and what was the response? CRICKETS.

So. Where will I get my vape eJuice? Local Vape Store?...

Chocolate Poppy Corn… Poppy Corn Chocolate is based on (I believe!) their caramel flavor. There was another brand I loved for many reasons. ON 4/23, I received my order for 6 SKYBAR Bold Vapes - Mint. However, they were different flavors and one was a different brand. I reached out to EJUICEDB and Alejandra responded quickly and apologize. After investigating, she found that the mint was unavailable. Instead of letting me know they were out, they just sent different ones, which we all know is not right. In any event, Alejandra let the higher ups aware and gave me a full refund. Also, I do not have to return the wrong vapes, which is great. I will let me friends try them out and maybe they will like them and EJUICEDB will have new customers.
