So I went for the first time a few days ago and I wouldn’t recommend to any new customers, the reason I say that is because she took 3hrs to do my eyebrows, face wax and haircut. Which should’ve took maximum 45mins-1hr. The reason she took 3 hrs was because whenever someone else would come in she would leave me sitting there while she attended them just because they are old customers. It doesn’t matter if your customer of 20 years has walked in, you don’t leave your customers hanging, you tell them to wait. It’s not like they had appointments or anything. I didn’t have a appointment either but I called beforehand to make a appointment and she said I can walk in , when I came to her salon there was NO ONE there , she was sitting alone by herself. That’s very unprofessional and salon owners need to learn how to treat every customer the same. Don’t waste your money getting your hair done here . I usually do my own blowout but today is my birthday and I wanted to give myself a small treat . I didn’t go to my usual salon because my lady wasn’t there so I came to this one and since I enter I had a bad feeling but I still decided to go in and just knew everything would be bad . I’ve never cried so much before . The lady that was doing my hair knew she was doing a bad job because I told her I had to go and she kept trying to stop me and when I got in line to pay she was putting products on my hair . I should’ve listened to my gut when I saw the red flags . I just changed my review from a 5 to a 3 star. The owner is really nice. For several months my eyebrows were looking amazing. During one of my recent visits, Param was on the phone. I'm not sure if she used headphones or not, and it wasn't a big deal, but then afterwards I noticed my eyebrows weren't so great. One was longer than the other and one of them had too much hair removed near the arch. Twice I went there shortly after their opening hours and nobody was there yet. That's unprofessional.
