First in class truly provides FIRST-CLASS service! Dan worked on our front yard this past fall. He uses the best quality plants and state of the art equipment. Not only did he take his time going over various landscaping options, but he also came back multiple times to check up on the “health” of the shrubs, trees, and plants in the subsequent weeks (without us even asking him to)!

What impressed me the most is that he made it very clear that if, by any small chance, something doesn’t survive the winter he will GLADLY replace it. I've dealt with many people over the years who supposedly “guarantee” their work, but are nowhere to be found if there is a problem. Dan came by in the spring to check thinks out and noticed that one of the beautiful Hinoki Cypress shrubs was dying. Without flinching he said he would replace it to our liking. That’s unheard of these days! I’d give 10 stars if I could....
