Wow. I never experienced anything like this before. I placed an order for several falafels in a pita and a large pie even though the guy taking my order made me feel rushed. I gave this place a chance since I never ordered here before. I should have stuck to my gut feeling and not order from this place at all. They messed up my order with the falafel and brought cold pizza. When I called, they guy wouldn’t even hear my feedback but just yelling and going on a rant that he is in the business for 28 years and he knows exactly what he is doing and that I don’t know how a “falafel sandwich” is suppose to be. Mind you, all I asked is for the salad to be on the side. Completely out of line and uncalled for. I will NEVER give this place business. If you want customer service, find another place. Was recommended in my search for the best Kosher Pizza in the 5 Towns. This ain't it. Owner was rude both on the phone when I ordered and in person when I came to pick up. Generally, you shouldn't talk down to first time customers (let alone any customer at all). Seeing the difference in treatment between myself and some of the regulars was telling. Mediocre pizza, but more importantly, by both the handwashing station and in the rest room they have a single reusable/non disposable towel for drying hands! So all patrons wishing to dry their hands are using the same towel! This would be disgusting enough even if their wasn't a pandemic going on!
