Granted this is the best Kosher bagel stop. Not the best over all. Yes the place is really clean, staff is well trained. Food? I guess after growing up with Maxes it’s hard to compare. Not to mention my favorite which was on vacation for two weeks “not kosher” your white fish should have better consistency and larger pieces of white fish. The prepackaged herring in cream sauce was ehhhh. Cream was curdled the herring pieces cut way too small. Threw it out. Backed goods very good. Bagels were OK but prices are from another world. I pay 30% less especially flats buy 12 get 14…. All in all a nice place catering not just to the Jewish community but predominately to the orthodox. That’s ok the food is really good like a silver or bronze medal but not gold. Will continue to come back when my guy is closed on Sunday. But in general learn from the competition! Which doesn’t include Bagel Boss which is also kosher but a low end compared to you guys . They don’t qualify to compete hahahaha.
