Made a purchase at the Salvatore Ferragamo store located at the JFK International Airport for a pair of sunglasses. A day after the purchase, the case broke with no visible physical impact causing it to break. This subsequently impacted the glasses causing one of the glass to pop out. Upon my return to the US, a week later, contacted the company's headquarters in NY. From July 2nd, 2019 up until now, Sept 20th, the company has blatantly ignored my emails and phone calls. Provided the information requested over a month ago and have not heard anything else ever since. Have emailed and called asking for status and no response. Please do not purchase for them, you are better off buying from the company/manufacturer or any other provider than International Shoppes. If you do decide to transact with this company, be aware that you could potentially lose your money; as in my case $400 for a pair of sunglasses that I can't use. The man at the counter said that he would deliver the goods at the gate and when I was at the boarding gate, there were no such delivery and flight was going to be delayed.
