Brought 3 Tag Heuers there and the level of experience of watches are horrible. First off the young man that was training took my watches ( BRAND NEW AT THAT ) and gave me a quote of $150 per watch. This was extremely low and insulting cause they have similar watches on their EBay site going for 120% more for what he just offered. I decided to sell them 1 watch and take the other 2 back. Now the young lady that’s usually there, she was sitting in the next seat kind of coaching the young man and when I decided to sell the watch she went ahead to verify its authenticity. Now I’m waiting there for maybe mmmm… 20-25 minutes, she gets the little jewel magnifying glass to check the markings closer, which checks out… then she’s comparing something on the computer to the watch…mind you she’s also texting someone ( I’m assuming it’s someone that actually knows about watches ) while she’s doing still of this. Finally she tells me she wants to open the watch to check the movement…Ok no problem… I watch her try to open the watch with the tool that opens the back of watches, for about another 5-10 minutes , she can’t get the tool to fit the watch. So her EXPERT OPINION is that my watch is fake cause her tool can’t fit it. In my head I’m like… “ Please get someone here that knows more about watches “ but then I said you know what… I’ll gladly take it back. Long story short… I sent all 3 watches to TheRealReal com and they are in process of being posted on their site (2) at the price of $960.00 with a 66% take, and (1) for $1,023 with the same 66% take.
