I contracted with jacobs wood craft to build a custom kitchen table for my new kitchen. My kitchen is small, so it was not possible to purchase a ready made table. I wanted an farm table in an unusual size and Jacob, the owner, was more than accommodating. He came to my home several times to measure, discuss the different types of wood, gave me customized samples of colors and showed me different styles of legs from his catalogue. He even drew a shop drawing of the table I wanted. I changed my mind several times on the style, color and size of the table and he was more than patient with my constant changes. After deciding on oak with turned legs, a planked top and a golden oak finish with cherry overtones for the color, he created a magnificent table that was exactly what I wanted. He is an expert craftsman who is meticulous in this workmanship and extremely professional. He also crafted a custom plate rail for me to hang on my kitchen walls to display my antique plates. He matched the color of my kitchen cabinets exactly and created a beautiful plate rail that matched my crown molding. I would definitely contact him again for any other wood project I might want in the future. Not may people can do the work he does nor are there many who still do this kind of beautiful custom wood craft. Jacob is a true artist...

I needed someone to custom fabricate and install a floating shelf project that I had in mind. Very fortunately I found Jacob's Wood Craft which has a 100% positive reviews. Now I can understand why. After calling for an estimate, his son Jason arrived within a few days. He understood the project and made some great suggestions. A few days after, Jacob showed up, took measurements and quoted a very fair price. Less than 3 weeks later father & son came over and installed their work. Very sturdy system of attachment, which is "the" major problem with floating shelves. These are rock solid. The quality of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed working with Jacob so much, and his product is gorgeous! In our family room, did a 26’ wall of built-in cabinets, bookshelves, and mantel. He insisted on real wood, and not MDF, and his price was so reasonable for this top quality. Everyone who walks in our house comments immediately on how beautiful the living room built-ins are! Jacob also did built-in drawers for our master bedroom, and they look absolutely stunning. We are so thrilled!
