I’ve been going to this salon since 2023, and I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while because the service has been getting worse with each visit but just haven’t gotten the time. My lash extensions seem to fall out faster every time, and the quality has really gone downhill — but my most recent experience was the worst by far.
I had a 12pm appointment, but halfway through I had to leave due to an emergency — my 2-year-old son got injured and needed to go to the ER. He ended up getting stitches on his head because he fell. The salon told me I could return at 6:25pm to finish the other eye, which I appreciated. However, the technician I had (I believe her name was Fiji or Miji) made the entire experience extremely unpleasant.
While I was at the hospital, I noticed the eye she already completed looked very thin. When I returned, I politely mentioned it, but she kept brushing it off saying, “It’s natural, hunny, it’s natural.” She had a really bad attitude. She eventually called over another tech, who agreed to add a few extra pieces — which I was fine with.
As she started working on my right eye, I began to feel a burning sensation. I politely let her know, but she completely ignored me — not once, but twice. When I finally asked her to stop and put the fan on, she did so abruptly without saying a word. Then, after sitting there for 10 minutes, I asked if she was going to continue, and her response was, “Oh, you want me to continue?”
The attitude, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my comfort were unacceptable. Especially while working so closely with someone’s EYE!!
At that point, I was beyond uncomfortable. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and made the whole experience stressful and awkward. When I was leaving, I told her I would not be leaving a tip — which I always do — but in this case, I didn’t feel she deserved one. If I’m paying $120 for lash extensions, I expect not only quality work, but basic professionalism and respect. I received neither.

The tech ( i believe it was Vgee) was extremely rude to me over small things like me repositioning myself because I get neck pain while laying on certain pillows for an extended amount of time. And when I went to scratch my eye (before her starting my lashes) she made a comment that she would stop my service if I scratched my eye again. When I asked her why she was being hostile she started speaking in her language to another tech besides me ( which I assumed was her complaining about me). I was very confused by this experience because I had done nothing to provoke her behavior. Read moreDon't go here. The customer service is NOT good. The first time I came to get my lashes done they looked good and they lasted. The second time I got them done, 6 days later 20% of the lash extensions fell out on the left eye and 60% of the lash extensions fell out on the right eye. I called them and they told me to come to see it and they will fix it. They fixed it and then charged me. All they did was take $10 off. I paid $125 6 days ago with a 20% tip and they charged me $50 and asked me how much tip i wanted to leave, I still left 20% tip because I didn't want to argue.There is no reason that less than 7 days I paid over $200 on my lashes.
