Rainbow Shops — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Staff is horrible at this store including manager. Drove all the way there on a Thursday evening because Google stated they closed at 930. By 855 we were being told to go to register very rudely by manager. I informed her Google stated store closes at 930, she said I had the wrong day. Ok, proceeded to checkout to be met with a cashier that didn't give a damn about her job nor could she count as she failed to include one of my return items and just said "oh" with a shoulder shrug and very dismissive when it was brought to her attention (young ppl stay in school , a mind is a terrible thing to waste). Besides Green Acres Rainbow Store, this is the second worst. Disgusting attitudes. I was also lied to so that I wouldn't return an item, but when staff was pressed to show me where it states that on receipt or in store signage, manager with attitude did refund. When this store opened it was nice, but now with the type of staff employed there and their unprofessional attitudes I hope like the rest of the stores on that strip they CLOSE. RIP courtesy and...

My favorite time of the year to go is fall and winter. The one thing that I can really say about Rainbow shops is it caters two women of all economic backgrounds. And to the people that think that rainbow shop is cheap, it's not. I'm attesting to it, I bought many pieces , the pencil skirts. They were between $10and $15. And let me tell you, I have repeatedly, wash them and dry them and they still hold the shape. You can wear them in the winter and summer. Also check out their lingerie. Really nice. And let's not forget ladies, the shapewear. They have some tummy trimmers that holds...

The manager mistakenly accused me of fighting with her on a previous day and humiliated me after causing a huge scene, even after I proved to her that it was impossible that I was the person she had the altercation with on a previous day (I was in an entirely different city dealing with the death of a loved one on the day in question).
