Every time I enter the Lawrence Target, it is a disaster.
While my mother was picking up last minute Father's Day cards, I wanted Starbucks. The worst experience ever.
There were three employees, the line was to the door, and Jennifer decided to walk away and venture to the back of the store to have a conversation with Target employees. I left the line to find my mother and saw this. They should have a manager there on the weekend, and it did not seem that a competent adult was monitoring what was going on.
There was a girl with long blonde hair, I'm assuming it wasn't real, flipping it and playing with it, and she was slow in making the drinks. Her hair should be up or tied back as this this against the Board of Health. I waited 20 minutes the first time and the line were barely moving, and the second attempt, still no Jennifer, I waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went to the Starbucks across the street, where the employees had my order complete immediately and it was just as crowded in there. I forgot to mention, there was another girl working, and she was working hard but looked frustrated.
On behalf of my mother, the chip aisle was bare, no paper towels, all the locked-up goods were opened, and no one was monitoring it. What is the purpose of having goods locked up, if they aren't locked and people were stealing? Where was security? Mind you, it was noon and the stock was limited. My mother was extremely dissatisfied.
Although this location is close to home, you're better off going to another...
Read moreI come every week, just to walk. This place is a dumpster. Very low quality assistance. The register is always closed maybe Open for a few and then everyone is out and about. The auto registry is always full and never has someone. Assisting for one minute they are there the next they are roaming around with their pants down. I'm there just watching how customers are waiting for someone to restack the bags, others just walk to the pick up line to grab shopping bags. The pick up lines are always full and slow. The shopping carts are never in the store they are always outside. Either around the middle of the road or walking to the Chase Bank/Marshalls to grab one. 2/3 of the shopping carts are locked because they were dragged to their distance yet in the middle of the road. I've walked plenty of targets and this is considered a dumpster, just imagine on Saturdays where there's actually a lot more customers. Inside the store they are slow, Jesus if they can't work hire others that will move. It's like Target just like hiring wanna be hoods with their pants down. Few of the women think they are queens trying to look good but slow as hell. Instead of having actual parent educated people. Planet fitness from around the corner has better service . Start showing more respect , if they can't work hire others that will work and take the opportunity to make some money . Knowing that there are plenty of places they are not hiring maybe they will learn to value the chances they have to...
Read moreI feel bad for the bad reviews but my experience was great! My fiancé and I came here because I needed nail polish top coat and a swimsuit. We found the swimsuit quickly but before that my fiancé pointed out that they had rare Funko Pop figures of TLC! I quickly picked them up and placed them in the shopping basket. That was another point-only get a basket not a cart. Other people are right the aisles are too small for carts but it can work if you pay attention and need to use them due to a disability or because you are getting a lot of items. Anyways, the swimsuit I tried on at home fits perfectly. I am especially grateful to the security guard who helped me take the security tags off after proof of purchase. She was very nice and she had really nice nails! I also made a quick stop by the haircare aisle to get a deep conditioner as well as a hand lotion. They seem to have basics. Which is fine. I would get other items I use more often in the Costco nearby. Overall, great experience. Self checkout was quick and the...
