My mother had taken two skirts to Becky try to hemmed and they cut more than expected. I tried to explain to the little man that’s always in the front that a simple mistake was made. I would like it just to be rectified in some Way.i Well, at least you can give her half of her money back .She paid $60 in total for both skirts. We were only asking for $30 back. The man behind the counter got very aggressive and very loud and began yelling at my mother and I I told him I am not here to yell. I’m only here to explain the situation and to get some type of compensation back after she spent such a large amount. He began to yell, and then the lady that sewed the skirts began to yell. I continued to tell them that I was not going to yell back because that is not the type of person that I am and he said I don’t care. This is the way I talk and this is the way I yell Your mother is wrong and she doesn’t understand what she’s talking about. He then began to get aggressive with my mother and get even louder, and I told him the buck stops here you will stop yelling because you are not going to yell at her that way she is 80 years old and does not deserve this. She’s only simply trying to explain herself. He then went into the register and pulled out $30 and threw it across the counter and said your mother doesn’t understand here is $30 just leave and get out. I then told my mother leave the two skirts that they fixed to prove to them that you don’t want them back because they are no use for you. let’s just walk out and keep it going as I walked out. I said God bless you, and they began to yell and speak in their language and we’re so unprofessional because even with customers coming in. They had the audacity to continue to speak the way they were speaking. I really recommend people to think twice before going to the establishment. If you can’t speak to people in a professional manner, you shouldn’t have a business because the customer should always be right at the end of the day they are bringing the business to that establishment in the past I really enjoyed the services rendered. I have had more than one experience where they would tell me "in two weeks" then i would inquire about an earlier time and all of the sudden it is "in about 3 days is fine." It always makes me think "why give such a far date? and what are you actually doing to get it in what seems to be record time?" Their shirt laundry service is terrible.They Iron your dirty shirts and hand it back, really. Two of my treasured wool suits have been ruined by this guys. They should not be allowed to continue destroying peoples clothes and act ignorant when confronted. Don’t be tempted by the 99Cent laundry service.
