I have been a customer for about 3 years now... I’m very particular about the way my nails are done so in my opinion Vivian and May are the best... Now Vivian husband what ever his name is super rude and nasty. When you go into a business they are suppose to greet you and say hello. I’m spending my money here so be nice! Now I believe Vivian’s husband ways have rubbed off on her. I broke my nail and I needed it fixed I waited for about 20 min for Vivian to come out the back to ask me anything while her Husband and another nail tech just sat there and looked at me like I was crazy. It took almost 1 hour to fix one nail! That’s absurd... Last thing that put the nail in the coffin... I went for just a pedicure and when I was leaving I asked if I could make my nail appointment? Vivian says to me to call her because she’s busy right now with a customer! What the hell am I then? Every time I’ve sat in the customer chair Vivian has had to stop to do eyebrows, collect money, answer phone calls and I’m trying to make an appointment to put money in your sons college fund! I went on a Saturday morning as a walk in to remove UV gel as I decided it was not worth the upkeep. Anthony took care of me and while removing the UV gel we discussed my nail length the issues I was had with dip powder, which was done at a salon in Oceanside. It cracked with three days and although they fixed it free of charge, it cracked again Anthony said for my short nail length it would be best to do regular gel manicure more affordable to upkeep and his work would last two weeks. The place is very clean & the staff is friendly. I got my nails done on a Tuesday, (powder gel) & my nails were crackling by Friday & chipping off by Saturday. I let them know & they did them over on Monday evening with no charge. My nails were crackling with the hairline cracks by Wednesday. I called them back & the male just brushed me off & hung up the phone. Also, when I went back to get it fixed the first time, I even let them give me a pedicure. My feet was still very, very rough.
