What a nasty, disagreeable woman they have representing this place. After coming in to inquire about flowers for my grandfather’s funeral, instead of being helpful and offering condolences, my mother was simply shown albums of flowers only to be told they were “too busy” and “didn’t have time” to put together arrangements. From the beginning, if she was overbooked, she could have politely declined and recommended we go elsewhere. Sadly, this place was referred to us by the funeral home…bad choice on their part. I recently had a death in the family from a freak incident; it was unexpected and hard and flowers were the last thing on my family’s mind. We were recommended by the funeral home to this florist. We were treated with kindness and patience as we looked through books and photos from the owner finally deciding on a few custom florist choice arrangements leaving it up to the owner, while giving her the colors we wanted. The owner really delivered!!! Flowers were on time and super fresh super beautiful exactly what we wanted to celebrate our recently deceased! I will recommend this florist and use in future!! My grandma's funeral service was yesterday and I must say..... Im quite impressed. I took a chance trusting a florist last minute. Flowers were very important to me and Raina insured me we were in good hands. I trusted her and my family also decided to order floral arrangements. The funeral service was very early and in the Bronx. This florist made sure our casket spray and all flowers were delivered to the funeral home at the time we requested which was way earlier than the shop even opened and im extremely thankful.
