I hate writing reviews, but in this case this place gave me no other choice. I went to this place in the spring to get highlights and the owner left my hair orange she told me to go back so she can fix it. I went back to get it fixed and when I was waiting for 15 minutes she comes up to me and tells me she does not have the product for my hair. I ended up leaving and went somewhere else to get it fixed. I scheduled an appointment there again to give her another chance, I was scheduled for 10:00 am with the owner but when I called at 10:00am I was told by the lady who washes hair that she was running late and asked if I could be there at 11:00-11:30am. I got there at 11:15am & was waiting for 20 minutes when I asked how much longer for owner to get there the lady said 20 more minutes so the lady who washes the hair started me off by putting the highlighting cap and as soon as she started putting the color the owner walks in and letās the lady who washes hair continue with color on my hair and she starts blow drying two other girls hair. After the color was done she tells the lady who washes hair to put toner on me, while I have the toner on the owner says she has to leave to pick up her kids. Tells me it will be $180 before she leaves. She never shows up again at the hair salon. The lady who washes hair finished my hair as per her bosses instruction on the phone. When I go sit on chair and the toner is removed and Iām about to get hair dried my hair was orange. The lady who washes noticed and called her. Than she put I guess another toner on my hair which really burned my scalp. She washes hair again and it came out worse orange on roots and rest purple. I took blow dryer to dry hair and paid $150 as per them. I get home and there is still toner in my ears and my forehead. Iām sorry but the owner is very irresponsible with her clients and the way she runs her business is so unprofessional. Now I have to go somewhere else to spend money and get my hair fixed. Please donāt go there for highlights or color. She doesnāt know what she is doing. Iām done with them. Tried to give her another chance...

The first stylist was supposed to bleach my hair before adding the color, but she just did the color. So my hair looks the same as when I first walked in. Anyone who sees me regularly can say there's hardly a difference.
The second stylist who blow dried my hair said I needed "a little trim". (I didn't think I did, but I trusted her word like a fool). "A little trim" turned into a hack job of my hair! I have more split ends than before the trim. Secondly, it's not even layered, she just cut wherever she wanted. So my hair looks uneven. Third, the ends of my hair is all frizzy. Even flat ironing it at home didn't make much of a difference.
Finally, I was told that a color would cost $65. Well, as it turns out, that's just for coloring roots. The whole head was $75; and on top of that, they charged me $15 for the hack job (i.e. trim). $15 for a trim is outrageous. These people stole my money for a job they didn't do at all.
Edit to Response: I agree I should have said something, that was on me. But 2 things: First, I did make an appointment for that day. I did not walk in without one. Second, I understand that trimming hair makes it look healthy, and I love getting trims. But after the trim, I still had split ends, and the trim was not...

I asked the lady she doesnāt even speak enough English she said other girl is not coming today she doesnāt know when she will be free when she can take me. I came without doing my hair after waiting more than 1 hour what a waste of time
