I was treated warmly, and the overall service was efficient. Davika, however, stood out among the team with her remarkable professionalism and genuine care for customers. They took the initiative to contact my insurance company and the pharmaceutical company to ensure a smooth processing of my prescription. They managed to get me the best price for a very expensive drug that the big box stores could not be bothered to come close to. Davika was proactive in resolving any potential issues that could have delayed the delivery. Her commitment to excellent customer service was evident throughout our interactions.

I was particularly grateful for their responsiveness. My texts were returned promptly, within minutes, and Davika kept me updated on the status of my prescription. This pharmacy provides personalized service. If they don’t have an uncommon medication they will get it for by the next day. They do everything in their power to help you.The pharmacist is excellent and compassionate. They even deliver free of charge meds on M/W/F. One time I was too sick on a non delivery day but they delivered it anyway. This pharmacy reminds me of the old days when the pharmacist knew the customers personally as well as your medication. I gave 5 stars to Conrad’s in Island Park. They are a very loyal pharmacy I’ve been using them since I moved here in 2015. The staff is very polite. Danny and Anna are by far the friendliest people I’ve dealt with. Great personalities. When Sam was apart of Conrad’s he to was very polite and always did my deliveries when he said he would.
