I walked in and made eye contact with both saleswomen behind the counter. Both looked at me then went back to what they were doing (not w customers, just toying with merchandise). After a few minutes of me standing there waiting, one asks if I need help. (No, I’m just standing here looking at you and your coworker for kicks). I explain to her that my partner bought me a necklace at a different Pandora in 2019 but the clasp is broken and before I could finish my sentence, she says “it’s a 1 year warranty”. To which I reply “yes, I know. But do you guys not fix or replace jewelry at all?” And she says “It’s out of warranty. Even if you take it somewhere else, they’ll tell you the same thing” and i said “ok… i also have a pandora watch and when i broke the wristlet on that, even though it was out of warranty, the salesperson here gave me a new one. For free” and she just stares at me like I have 10 heads. I thank her and leave.
I used to frequent this Pandora a lot because of my charm bracelet but less so now. However, they’re either under new management or need new salespeople because this woman was 0% helpful and had awful customer service skills. Would rather go to the one in RVF which is further away for the...
Read moreThis was hard to watch. My little cousin wanted to return her charm that she was told it was 50% off by an employee(name unknown). what the employee didn’t mention was that it WAS NOT 50% off, making her spend more than she expected. Therefore wanting a return. The employee was busy so she went to Donna to return her charm. Off the bat Donna was being disrespectful to her and giving her attitude. Picture a young girl getting yelled at by a grandma. My cousin was very calm and patient the whole time (since she works retail she understands how stressful a retail job is) you expect the employee to act like that but no. Donna and Seyed began to raise their voice at my little Cousin and treat her like garbage, literally. Slamming things yelling at her. Because of that my she started to cry due to their aggressiveness. No one should experience what my cousin went to. Pandora at Green Acres should retrain their employees! Or at least retrain...
Read moreMy sales rep AMNEET KAUR couldn’t be more unprofessional. I went to the store hoping to find a gift set for my mom. I was informed that they were all sold out. However, she offered to help me find a necklace to match the earrings I had picked. Based on what she showed me, along with the prices, I decided to only go with the earrings. The representative quickly shifted her mood as if I wasted her time. As if buying $75 worth of earrings wasn’t enough. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I tried to understand her frustration over the (barely 5 minutes) of her time that I wasted and politely thanked her twice for helping me. She did not acknowledge me nor did she even tell me to have a great evening. All I’m saying is, I know the associates have the pressure to sell but, the also have to be kind towards people. You can’t presume my taste or the amount of money I have in my account available to...
