Old Navy — Local services in Town of Hempstead

OLD NAVY (GREEN ACRES AND PROBABLY ALL OTHERS AS WELL) IS A THIEF!!!! BUYER BEWARE AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. PICK-UP IN STORE CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS!!!

I ordered 5 sandals as a Pick-up In-Store order, but decided to cancel that order and NOT pick it up because they did NOT have the color that I really wanted. I chose to place an online order instead because they had the item and allow Old Navy to cancel my pick-up in store due to me not picking it up. They gave me 5 days to pick it up, but the charge was still pending on my account. I knew it would go away when they canceled my order, but ……… clears throat

OLD NAVY CHOSE TO PUT IT THROUGH IN THEIR SYSTEM THAT I PICKED UP THE ORDER JUST TO TAKE MY MONEY. TO BE TOTALLY HONEST, I think an EMPLOYEE chose to do shady business. I received an email to review my PICK-UP IN STORE order and my red flag immediately went up. I went straight to my account and saw that OLD NAVY charged me TWICE; one charge for the PICKUP order that was NEVER picked up and another charge for the order I CHOSE TO SHIP TO ME!!!

I chose to dispute the charge with PayPal, but OLD NAVY chose to pull A FAST one and send PayPal my SHIPPED ORDER info. PayPal didn’t read what was sent to them and CLOSED my case. I immediately called back and APPEALED the case. I made sure to tell them that it’s NOT my shipped order, but the pickup order that I’m disputing. They fixed my info and GRANTED me my REFUND TODAY!!!!

It’s just too much of a hassle now for me with these pickup in store orders. I don’t even think I’m gonna deal with OLD NAVY EVER AGAIN!!!! I’ve never been through all of this. BUYER...

Old Navy is a fantastic store. I love there clothes and the price is always right. Customer service is fantastic. I made a purchase. When I got home one of the items was missing that I paid for. I went back to the store several hours later. I spoke to the manager in the store and she took care of the problem right away.1st I showed her the receipt. She said sometimes when it's busy and there folding the clothes it might of fell on the floor.so I had a choice of a refund for that item or to get the item I had purchased. So I chose the item which was a pair of shorts that I bought for my daughter. Thank you old Navy. 5...

This location differs in no way to other stores, the women's section is always crazy. I blame the female customers but need to be more hands to keep them more orderly, since clearly that is the majority of the client base. Another issue, long lines, thought compared to other places the reps, as least was the case today, got through it quicker than I thought - helped that there weren't a lot of folks returning merchandise or asking the price for a ton of items, despite most all stores now having price checks in various parts of the stores to avoid...
