An Ok H&M store @ The Green Acres Mall. It's one of the very first stores if you enter from the west side of the mall. Visible from outside but only accessible from the inside of the mall. Big collection for Women, Men & Kids. Sometimes it's hard to find the right size. Sometimes collections, especially for women, are strange (probably this kind of fashion is common in Sweden/Europe). The price is reasonable (I guess because of the tough competition, recently PRIMARK opened just next door @ the middle of the mall, very visible from the outside). In walking into store it wasnât obvious that online pickup was available until I saw a column with online pickup at very top. Even walking to the closed Fitting Room now Online Pickup, nobody was standing at post.
An employee saw me there and said Fitting Room closed, I pointed to column.
My order wasnât available after checking a few places. Just obviously totally unorganized Online Pickup.
Then employee mentioned checking basement
I was then told to contact customer service. They called the store to speak to manager. Nobody answered. I told her the stores wasnât busy.

   Read moreWell-known brands, very competitive prices, poor quality goods. I really am starting to dislike this idea of fast fashion. Great looking things but the quality is just straight s*. Century 21 has great looking things but they look like after you wash them several times is going to be holes and discoloration on the products that you bought. I would rather shop elsewhere so I don't have to spend so much time shopping. Beyond that, I thought the staff were very nice. Just concerned that a lot of them were very overweight.
