I want to share my disappointing experience. Cancellation: I had scheduled an appointment for [october ] and was looking forward to it. However, the technician canceled without any prior notice, leaving me in a lurch. Payment Problems: To make matters worse, I was charged for the service despite the cancellation. This lack of communication regarding the payment was incredibly unprofessional and added to my frustration.

Communication Breakdown Lack of Communication: I attempted to reach out for clarification, but my messages went unanswered. It felt like there was a complete disregard for customer service and professionalism.

Attitude Rude Behavior: When I did manage to speak to the technician, their attitude was dismissive and rude. Instead of offering an apology or explanation, they responded with bad vibes, which made the entire situation feel even more uncomfortable.

Overall Impression I left feeling incredibly disheartened and dissatisfied. The lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and rude attitude made this experience one of the worst I've had . I would not recommend [Ashley Rodriguez ] or [Tatyana.nailed.it] to anyone looking for a positive and respectful nail...

A fine way to do business. I stopped by to purchase a gift certificate for my wife , At the freeport location I found the door locked and a controll box better suited for a door on a Los Vegas counting room . I called the phone number given and spoke with someone in Baltimore. I explained to the person what I wanted and she proceeded to try to sell me something. I explained again that I was standing on the sidewalk in front of the store, I was told that she did not have the code to open the door and to ring the door bell,she couldn't tell me how. I told her I would go elsewhere and hung up. I felt like a common criminal not allowed inside to spend my money. While sitting in my car I watched two others try the door and shrug their shoulders...

Great Salon, Great People, Great prices, parking can get a little tough but...
