The worst ever!!!! Or maybe I'm spoiled. I went there to upgrade a phone, which I researched online and it said they had that model in stock at this location. As soon as I walked in, there were a people at the desk, 2 were working with customers. I went to one of the free ones, and told her that I wanted to upgrade a phone. She wanted to see it so I put the phone on the table. Instead of getting up and checking to see if they had the model that I wanted, she was like, oh you should've ordered online, we don't hold the phone for you and blah blah. Then again, instead of physically moving her body she was calling other associates which they didn't even bother to look at her, and asking if they had that model in stock. Once they confirmed that they did, well the exact words were "we should" then she turns to me and say the cutoff time for data transfer is at 7pm. I looked at the watch and it was indeed at 7pm. Then she goes on and on about you can get the phone today and do the data transfer at home and then bring back the phone within 14days and blah blah, still not moving. I've been to T-Mobile shop to upgrade my phone number of times and they were all very helpful. Some actually stayed after the closing time to help me with data transfer. I never was treated like that before and why is she working there if she cannot be helpful? We were greeted by really nice, helpful staff, until we ran into an obstacle.. they had to call the manager out to confirm something for the account. This woman named Christina L. Came out of the backroom and was trying to tell us to change something on the account. My mom has had this account with TMobile for 20 years - why now, would she change anything? Esp if there is nothing wrong with it? Christina continuously gave us an additude and turned down our sale. She insisted, instead, we call T-Mobile customer service to help us. So we did and a VERY nice woman Lashay helped us! She ordered us a phone and helped with the small account issue. That should have never been an issue to begin with. Not only did Christina L make my mom very upset in the store, but my mom was also debating about switching carriers. The manager was so unprofessional and was making up stories as if she was in the store the day I purchased the watch. I wanted to return the watch but they told me I was past my 14 days. I literally called as soon as i received the alert that my autopay was processed. I specifically asked as did my husband, numerous times to confirm that bill was only going up $10 after promotions.
