I love this place. 6 Months ago I met Giuseppe when I walked in there and honestly thought I was lost. This place is unassuming but once you get in there they got exactly what you need and in abundance. I think the best part is the disarming feel of the place, you're amongst people who treat you as a friend - answer any and all questions - and have the typical banter a group of guys should have at a gunstore.
I ended up leaving that interaction knowing I'd come back for a gun and about 6 months later I came back for as Jeff put it 'the honda accord' [everyones got one and everyone wants one] of CCW pistols - the Sig P365 X Macro Comp.
From start to finish, even though NY firearms process is lengthy and arduous, I really appreciated the QC vibe and the patrons who stopped in.
I went to pickup my gun and I caught Giuseppe and he asked me why I went Romeo and not Holosun and I said that I figured I just saved a couple of bucks and it came pre-mounted - but that I really would prefer a Holosun.
Jeff overheard, came over, and offered to throw a holosun on there and have me pay the difference, I was really appreciative. Ended up Jeff just mounted the Holosun for me for the price I had already paid for the gun - it doesn't get any better than that. I am extremely appreciative of the staff and pricing as well as availability here. I'll be coming back here for all my sig needs but ideally really all my pistol needs going forward. I wanted a shop I loved to go back to, and now I finally got one.

   Read moreAbout a week and a half to two weeks ago I walked into the store for the first time, Itâs not close to my house but I was on the way to my fatherâs house. I was looking for some ammunition and they popped up on Google. I purchased just a box of ammo, a couple of small items and a new set of electronic headphones Called walkers silencer which was a very impulsive purchase And while they seemed very expensive, they seemed like a pretty cool idea instead of the big, bulky electronic headphones that I have. I was super excited to try them that weekend. I charged them up, but had some problems with them working correctly. I called the customer service center and they recommended that I bring them back to the place that I bought them from. I went back around a week later with a torn up box and showed them that it wasnât charging properly. They gave me a brand new set on the spot and also gave me a pre-significant store credit for my troubles because I had to go back there. I felt I was treated MORE than fairly and even though this place is about a 25 minute ride From my house, I will definitely be going back. Great service and seems like a bunch of very knowledgeable guys...

He was able to schedule a same day appointment with me, patiently listened to my needs/wants and gave me some real good suggestions. I was doing a lot of research prior to meeting him, and was able to purchase exactly what I needed (also same day!) Jeff told me they didnât have the âright kindâ of ear protection I needed in stock, so he actually offered to loan me his own set. That kind of customer service is phenomenal, and so hard to find. I have called with a few beginner questions this week, and Jeff or Rob always take their time to help me out. I canât wait to go back there to get my next firearm, and I canât thank these guys enough for making a new-comer feel so...
