Westen Truck Stop — Local services in Town of Henrietta

The guy in the early morning was cool but the lady that replaced him for morning shift was rude. I had to re-weigh my truck and the guy took my corporate card no problem then second and finale reweigh the lady wanted to give me issues saying she can’t take it for two dollars and I explained the guy just did she got an attitude and started stating how they don’t do that and he did not which is he same as calling me a liar. I said I have receipts and she just took it. She made it clear she was not happy and took my card and then before swiping it started saying telling me that time Shes not doing this unless i get more then 50$ in fuel. I threw 2$ on the counter grabbed my ticket and said their won’t be a next time. It’s too damn early to be arguing. I was upset because of her attitude and unnecessary comments. I had to go back in to get a paper receipt for reimbursement and all she had to do was scan a barcode and give me my receipt. Mind you I’m still polite and not being rude. She starts going on again about how now I’m making her life difficult and it’s a problem because I didn’t get it at same time at ticket. I don’t need your attitude or comments. If your gonna be more then 30 minutes they still charge $8 for parking and will put a note on your door saying if you leave they will call the cops and your company will be charged a extra $50 if you drive off without paying. I stayed 3 hours waiting for appt and still had to pay. Not sure what the laws in NY are and what the cops could really do so idk. I wont be back to this place. I even asked if I could buy something in the store instead of paying for parking since I would only be there for 3 hrs and they said no. $8 wont break me by any means but if not staying overnight or more then 2 hrs I believe it is wrong to charge. The parking is somewhat terrible because they're no lines to indicate where to park. They have cars parked btw 53-foot trucks with trailers. There should be a designated session for cars and a designated section for bobtail trucks.

Like most truck stops everything is overpriced we purchase a styrofoam cooler that you can get from the Dollar tree for $6 and it had a hole in it.😡
