Absolutely disgusted with every experience I’ve had in this store! Never will I send cards in the be graded through this store/company ever again! Not to mention today I sent my husband to see if they had any prismatic evolutions. They had a lot of customers in the store walking out with numerous amounts of items. Of course they had the regulars in there (surprised they even had any) so my husband asked an employee if they had enough etbs, binders etc for everyone and the employee yelled across the store “NOPE!” So not a very customer friendly response in my opinion. I told my husband to just leave immediately. I’m not sure how this place is still in business when the employees have disrespected us every single time regardless of the situation. Any time we’ve asked a question whether it was over the phone or in person whom ever the employee was at that time was just bluntly rude and disrespectful. If you can’t handle being in a customer service environment then maybe you should be working some where else! If I could give this place 0 stars I would because that’s about the amount of effort they put into helping...

Then today there was a guy that was just... you can fill in the blank with a negative word. Offered no help treated me like I was a waste of his time and that because I was told how their rewards work annoyed he had to explain it. I am giving it five stars because I have had good experiences with majority of the staff except the dude working 12/12 morning shift

Mad at her coworkers for not telling him last time he was there. Mad at her boss for not training anyone properly. Mad at the cash register. Mad at console manufacturers, China, and people who don't agree with her politics. Just a constant stream of anger from this woman.
