ALDI — Local services in Town of Horseheads

I’ve worked customer service for 15 years and dealt with all sorts of people. Never in my life would I ever treat a customer the way I was treated in this aldis. Items in the store aren’t marked correctly and /or they aren’t ringing right in the computer. A couple of my items didn’t ring right and I asked a question about it and they pointed at the price tag and laughed/ bullied me. Kept talking about me on the Walky talky I don’t know what’s so funny about the prices being wrong I didn’t want anything free or marked down I just wanted to know. Why put a big yellow clearance sticker on the shelf? One item was a candle I took a picture of it because it was a good deal wanted to tell my friends (won’t be doing that now ) . Also pushed the cart away from underneath me when I was trying to put my 1 year old from one cart to the other at checkout. Elizabeth and the manager?? Very rude to customers so don’t ask questions you will get bullied. I’ll pay higher prices at target to avoid the bullying that happened here tonight. First time at Aldi's, was given gift cards, and looking for dried and candied fruit with out high fructose corn syrup, found some good alternatives for traditional fruitcakes. This aldi's is nice, lots of different people working there. The only complaint I have is the way they DUMP items in your cart. I realize they want to be fast, but my bread, eggs, and spaghetti sauce suffer. I've had them actually break the seal on my spaghetti sauce bottle (me not knowing) and went to use it...to be all moldy around the lid. So just beware at how they...
