We went for a dinner today with my husband and my daughter. We decided to eat there because I haven't tried their food yet and my husband got us a gift card, but later realized we left it at home, so we weren't able to use it. I noticed since we came in and had a booth, their staffs are attentive and friendly. They took care of us very well, specially Cassandra our server. They have us a booster sit for my daughter even we didn't ask for it. Usually in other places, we have to ask for it. But right then and there, they have the iniative to ask and give us a booster seat. And then they got our orders right, just right in time. Even my special order for the Boston Lager Burger that they have it was perfect! (I just wish they have caramelized onions with it, because I love to have it in a burger along with the mushroom). They have huge portions (for me). For the size and quality of their food, it's worth it. It's a bit pricey but you're paying for an amazing food, service and ambiance. And then while we we're in the middle of our meal, I accidently spilled my drink and then another server came to the rescue, I apologized to her for the big mess I made but she's very nice and right away cleaned the spilled drink from our table. In toto, it's an amazing $57 experience as a customer. I will definitely be coming back again to try their other menus and finally use the gift card. And hopefully to get another 5 star worthy...
Read moreI have eaten here since the day they were open. I was one of the 100 first customers that got a year of free chicken wings for standing there overnight before their launch. I have eaten here a lot over the years.
When they are good, they are great. The best wings around. Saucy, fresh, large portioned, hot, etc. I am very pleased and it leaves me wanting to come back.
However, there are equally amount of times they are horrible. Low sauce, not hot, and just doesn't have the high standards of taste. There was one time they tried to pass off a chicken nugget as a boneless chicken wing and I called them out on it. Other times they have had numerous chicken feathers on chicken wings. And the waitress was rude about it. The kitchen should clean them. One is not a big deal. But that many is ridiculous.
Everytime I go here and enjoy it I come back to find the bad times. Its like a 50% coin toss on whether you get good or bad. This has persuaded me hundreds of times to not eat there when I wanted to. I literally drive to their parking lot and the unknown of what I'm going to get makes me drive somewhere else. Its really a shame because you just don't know which side of the coin you are going to get and any given time. And when they are good they are amazing. A real shame. 6 stars on a good day, 1...
Read moreMy son placed an 81 dollar order a few hours ago for his father to pickup on his way home from work. My husband gets home with the food and the fries look like barely half orders and a burger was missing. I'm standing here looking at this kind gesture from my son to give me the night off from cooking dinner with great disappointed because it was such a huge waste of his hard earned money. Such a shame too because this disappointing experience just cost them a lot business from my husband who frequented this establishment for business meetings and social gatherings with employees. Now my son has to wait seven days to receive the refund for the missing burger, which albeit a normal waiting period seems like insult to injury after a disappointing experience. I understand things happen and nobody's perfect, but there is an expectation of dilgent service before an order goes out the door especially when you're paying good hard earned money for that service and to be inconvenienced with picking up the replacementitems would mean an hour and a half round trip.
